Refund Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Overview

ZS Advertising Agency aims to define campaign scope, deliverables and fees clearly before work starts. This policy explains how refund requests are assessed. Any signed proposal or service agreement may contain more specific terms and should be read alongside this policy.

Before Work Begins

If you request cancellation before work has started, contact us promptly through the website. Any refund will be assessed against the agreed terms, payment processing costs where applicable, and any work or third-party costs already incurred.

After Work Has Started

Once research, writing, outreach, distribution booking or other campaign work has begun, refunds may be limited to the portion of services not performed, subject to the applicable agreement and local law. Work already completed and non-refundable third-party fees or publisher costs may not be refundable.

Publisher and Editorial Decisions

Publisher acceptance, editorial changes, publication timing, indexing and search performance can depend on third parties and are not fully controlled by us. A placement or result that was not expressly guaranteed in writing is not, by itself, grounds for a refund. If a specific placement was expressly included in your written scope and cannot be delivered, we will review the agreed remedy with you.

How to Request a Review

Submit your request through our Contact Us page. Include your name, order or invoice reference, the service purchased and a clear explanation of the issue. We may request reasonable supporting information before making a decision.

Processing Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit consumer or business rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. This page is a general template and should be reviewed against your actual billing practices, contracts and the laws applicable to your customers.
