Getting started
How does the process work?
Send us a short intake brief with your news, key facts and any quotes. We write the release, you review it, and once you approve it we distribute it the same day.
How fast will my press release be written and distributed?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours from your completed intake brief: roughly 12 hours for writing and your review window, then same-day syndication once you approve. Enterprise clients can request same-day rush service.
What kind of news works well as a press release?
Product launches, funding rounds, openings, partnerships, hiring milestones and market reports all suit a press release. Contact us and our team can advise on timing.
Do I need a contract or retainer?
No. You pay per release and can scale up or down at any time. Enterprise uses custom volume pricing for teams that publish on a regular schedule.
Writing & revisions
Who writes my release?
Former wire editors write in AP style. Starter releases run up to 450 words; Growth releases are senior-written, up to 700 words, with quote development.
Can I supply my own draft instead of using your writing service?
Yes. You can submit a completed draft and we will run it through our editorial desk for AP-style compliance, legal-sensitive phrasing and wire formatting at no extra charge. If substantial rewriting is needed, we’ll recommend the standard writing service before distribution.
How many revisions are included?
Starter includes one revision round; Growth includes two; Enterprise includes unlimited revisions until you approve. Additional rounds on lower tiers are $45 each. Nothing is distributed without your written sign-off.
Do you offer translation?
Enterprise includes multilingual translation in 12 languages.
Distribution & placement
What does “guaranteed placement” actually mean?
Every tier includes a written guarantee that your release will be published on the agreed outlet set: a minimum of 1,500 placements on Starter and the full 4,200+ network on Growth and Enterprise. If we fall short of the agreed number, you receive a full refund for that release.
Which outlets will carry my release?
Our network spans national wires and major portals such as Yahoo Finance, MarketWatch and Business Insider, 190+ trade verticals (technology, healthcare, finance, retail), and local outlets in all 50 states. Growth releases are also indexed by Google News.
How do I see where my release ran?
Starter includes a PDF pickup report within 72 hours. Growth and Enterprise include a real-time analytics dashboard that tracks pickups, impressions and backlinks.
Can I set an embargo or choose the timing?
Your strategist advises on timing and embargoes, and Enterprise includes dedicated embargo planning.

How much does a press release cost?
Starter is $149 per release, Growth is $349 per release, and Enterprise is custom-priced. There are no retainers.
What is the difference between Starter and Growth?
Growth reaches all 4,200+ outlets including Google News (Starter reaches 1,500+ regional outlets), adds senior writing with quote development, SEO keyword mapping and schema markup, a real-time dashboard, and a second revision round.
Are there any extra fees?
Additional revision rounds on Starter and Growth are $45 each. The features listed for each tier are included in its per-release price.
What if placement falls short?
If we fall short of the agreed placement number, you receive a full refund for that release.
What if I need releases on a recurring schedule?
Enterprise is built for cadence, such as monthly product news, earnings summaries and hiring milestones, with volume pricing that can bring per-release costs well below the Growth rate.
