No Refund on Completed Work

Once a project has been initiated or content has been submitted to third-party platforms (e.g., media outlets or publishing partners), no refunds will be issued. This is because our services involve irreversible processes such as outreach, editorial review, and live publishing.

Eligibility for Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

• The campaign has not been started within 5 business days of payment without any explanation or update from our side.
• A publishing site becomes permanently unavailable before your content is submitted and no replacement can be offered.
  All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of ZS Advertising Agency management.

Ineligible Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after campaign has started
• Delays caused by third-party platforms (e.g., editorial hold-ups)
• Disapproval of content after approval was already given
• Issues arising from platform policy changes or content takedowns
• Temporary downtime of a third-party website

Replacement Policy

In case of an article being removed within 30 days of publication due to reasons beyond your control (e.g., publisher policy changes), we will:

• Attempt a one-time free replacement on a similar-quality platform
• If replacement is not possible, partial store credit may be considered
  Note: This is subject to publisher availability and at our discretion.
